Senior IT Manager
the role
As our Senior IT Manager, you’ll be the person who keeps Pixel Artworks running smoothly behind the scenes - making sure our tech is secure, reliable and built for a fast-moving creative studio of 50+ people.
the PROFILE
You’ll own everything fromday-to-day support and hardware to accounts, access and data management. You’llkeep our creative servers and storage performing at their best, ensure ournetwork is resilient, and give our people the tools to work securely fromanywhere - in the studio or on the road.
You’ll take the lead on cyber security, backup and disaster recovery, sowhen things go wrong (and sometimes they do), we recover quickly andconfidently. Collaboration is a big part of it too - you’ll work closely withProduction, Creative, Operations, Finance and Leadership to reduce risk, planimprovements and help shape how we grow.
You’ll bring 5+ years in an ITmanagement or systems engineering role, ideally from a creative, media orproduction environment. You’ll have solid hands-on experience across servers,storage, backup and cyber security, and you’ll know your way around Windowsenvironments, networking, identity management and hybrid working setups.
You’re comfortable supportinghigh-performance creative machines and remote access, and just as at hometalking to leadership about risk and roadmaps as you are resolving a trickysupport issue on the floor.
