The Lead Producer is a senior, management-focused role responsible for delivering complex projects while driving the performance, processes, and development of the production team. This role balances hands-on leadership with operational foresight, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and continues to evolve.
the PROFILE
• Lead large-scale, complex projects from pre-sales through to delivery, including those with multiple Producers and workstreams.
• Ensure projects stay on track, managing risks, budgets, and scope while maintaining high creative and technical standards.• Own and evolve department processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
• Drive operational excellence across the studio, including identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities.
• Act as the primary support for Producers, mentoring and developing both freelance and permanent team members.
• Lead onboarding, training, and hiring support for Producers.
• Foster a positive, motivated and confidence-boosting team environment and ensure effective communication across teams and clients.
• Contribute to wider studio success through resourcing input, knowledge sharing, and best practice leadership.
